For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you make a purchase from us or use our Website.
Terms of Shipping/Pickup/Delivery
Due to the fragile nature of our products, some breakage may occur during transport. This will not affect the taste and quality of our cakes. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, generally orders are shipped the next business day after your order is received. Please note, this processing time is not reflected in shipping options. In an effort to avoid your order sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend the following orders will ship the Monday following:
Please choose the appropriate shipping rate to ensure your Bundt’s arrive within your desired time frame.
FROSTING: Priority Mail Express/Next Day shipping is recommended when shipping frosted cakes or frosting. Please consider such when placing your order.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Priority Mail/2-3-day delivery standards are estimated and not guaranteed by Soda Pound Cakes because they are not guaranteed by the United States Postal Service (USPS). By selecting Priority Mail/2-3-day delivery you are agreeing to these terms.
PICK-UP: Must be placed at least 24-hours before the intended pickup time. In some circumstances, more time may be needed. A phone number is required to verify pickup time.
For local deliveries, please note the following:
Delivery is available within a 5-mile radius. A $.58 per mile rate will be invoiced at 6+ miles. We will try our best to accommodate your delivery. A four-hour delivery window in which the recipient will be available to accept the item(s) is required. Since our products are perishable, a recipient is required to be present to accept the item(s).
For deliveries to hotel rooms, concierges, and bell desks:
Concierges and bell desks will rarely accept perishable food items on the behalf of a customer. If you have received authorization, please include the full name of the employee who has verified that they will accept the item(s) on the recipient's behalf. For deliveries directly to a recipient's room, we must have the reservation name and room number (hotels are not able to give us this information) and the recipient must be available in the room to accept the item(s). We are not able to enter a room while the guest is not there.
For deliveries to an office:
Please keep in mind the recipient's personal schedule and the department we are delivering to.
For deliveries to a home:
Please keep in mind the recipient's personal schedule and possible gate codes (if needed).
For deliveries to a restaurant:

Refund and Return Policy
If there is a problem with an order you've received, please call (469) 251-5375 or email us at bundts@sodapoundcakes.com. Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of when the package was received. There are no returns or exchanges.
Only one delivery attempt will be made per order. Should your order require an address correction, the customer is responsible for additional shipping and product costs.

Depending on the circumstance, Soda Pound Cakes may issue a credit or re-order.
CANCELLATIONS
To avoid any charges, orders must be cancelled more than 7 days before the preferred delivery date. There will be a 50% charge on all orders cancelled within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date.
